Whitby itself is GORGEOUS. And if you don't mind 'slumming' it - the youth hostel we stayed in is right next door to the abbey, you get free entry into the abbey with a stay there and it's beautiful =) There are a plethora of B&Bs as well though.
I fully intend on making Waz take me for a weekend or going with the girls for shopping.

Where abouts are you anywho?
