No, really. Fuck.. My. Life.

Waz just lost his job. 3 months notice pay plus holiday outstanding and the door.

Anyone who is friends with him PLEASE don't mention it until he does, it's pretty raw right now. This is for me to rant but I know there are a couple of mutual friends that will want to show support.

And on moving day.

I'm so angry and so upset for him right now I'm shaking and a lump in my throat keeps threatening to turn into vomit.

No more tears though - we have a house to shift.

I took the rest of the day off work, unsurprisingly. My boss is great.

To try and look on the bright side I'm going to do that thing that gracewillow  does

3 things I'm grateful for:
1 - Three months for Waz to find a new job
2 - That I am a strong young woman, capable of looking after him right now and being strong enough for both of us.
3 - My/ Our friends who are wonderful and will help us look after each other.

Eugh- that's not even really important, I just don't get why they would give up a good worker. >_<; At least he has some time to find a new position without being squeezed too hard financially- that is a small blessing, I guess. Also, employers seem to like people who have recently had jobs, which might well be in his favour.

Thanks darling. I hope he finds a job and as you say he has some financial lee-way to job hunt so we've said for the first month he can be choosey and go for a job he actually would really like. After that we have to start being less picky just to get him back into work before he goes insane.
